VClub together with Vergelegen’s winemaker Luke O’Cuinneagain will be attending the US Open Golf Tournament being held at LA Country Club from June 15-18, 2023.
We are fortunate enough to have been afforded the opportunity to share our wines over a series of tastings with players, family members, support staff and sponsors over the course of the week leading up to the event and at the event itself. 
We are extremely proud to be the first South African wine to have this rare opportunity. With the news of a United governing body for the PGA, DP World Tour and LIV Golf, it really does seem like great timing for the US Open to have taken on this global approach, and to be serving some wines from a region that not only produces some of the best wines in the world, but also some of the best golfers. (past South African winners of the US Open include Gary Player, Ernie Els and Retief Goosen).
