Fresh strawberries on the nose and palate with a racy acidity and pale rose gold color.
Grapes were hand-picked and whole bunch pressed to limit color and phenolic extraction. The grapes were very carefully pressed until a recovery of circa 500 l / ton. Made in a fresh and aromatic style.
COMPOSITION
80% Shiraz and 20% Grenache
Can be enjoyed on release and will ‘cellar’ for the next 5+ years.
