Using the classic varietals of Vergelegen Estate, Sémillon, and Sauvignon Blanc this wine is pale yellow-green color with a nose reminiscent of freshly squeezed lime juice. On the palate, it's tight, focused, and beautifully integrated with herbal (fynbos), grapefruit flavors, ripe tropical notes, and a long, focused aftertaste. Probably one of our best vintages ever and without a doubt one of the great white wines of the world. Total production amounts to 2000 standard bottles. (Stockpiling is recommended!!)
